Roles
NeuDocs enforces role checks on the server. Hiding a button is not the security boundary.
Invite a teammate
From Team, enter the person’s work email and choose the least-privileged suitable role. The recipient accepts through the invitation link and completes account security requirements.
Change or remove access
Authorized administrators can change roles, revoke pending invitations, disable or remove memberships, and trigger appropriate recovery actions. Changes are audited.
MFA and recovery
Every staff member should enroll MFA and store recovery codes safely. If access is lost, use the documented recovery flow or contact an authorized administrator. Never ask a teammate to share their authenticator code or recovery code.
Remove departing staff promptly and rotate any shared external credentials they could access.
