Settings are grouped by account, client experience, and developer concerns. Administrative sections appear only to authorized roles.

Account

  • General: firm details, security, and data-retention controls.
  • Profile: personal display name, avatar, and password.
  • Notifications: personal alerts, browser devices, and firm delivery policy.

Client experience

  • Branding: firm name, logo, and client-facing appearance where the subscription includes branding.
  • Evidence: identity capture mode for the request evidence ledger.
  • Document AI: provider URL, model, encrypted API key, default mode, and whether AI is enabled by default.
Use the Test connection action after changing a document-AI provider. A successful connection test confirms connectivity, not model quality.

Developer

  • API keys: create and revoke NeuDocs REST credentials.
  • Integrations: accounting connections and outbound webhooks.
  • Connections: completed-request storage destinations such as Dropbox.

Retention

Retention controls determine how long eligible request/client data remains before lifecycle jobs remove it. Select a period consistent with your engagement terms and applicable law. Audit and evidence records may have separate preservation requirements.
Changing a setting can affect future processing across the firm. Test client-facing and integration changes with non-sensitive samples.
