NeuDocs supports accounting contact imports from QuickBooks, Xero, and Karbon.
Connect a provider
- Open Settings → Integrations.
- Choose the provider.
- Complete the provider’s authorization flow.
- Return to NeuDocs and confirm that the connection is active.
OAuth state is signed, short-lived, and bound to the firm/user that initiated the connection.
Start an import from the connected provider. NeuDocs normalizes supported contacts into client display names and email addresses, skips unusable or duplicate records, and reports imported, skipped, and total counts.
Token handling
Provider tokens are server-only. NeuDocs refreshes supported credentials when required and does not display stored token values.
Disconnect
Disconnect when the integration is no longer required or the provider account changes. Disconnecting stops future imports; it does not delete clients already imported into NeuDocs.
Review imported records before sending requests. Provider data may contain shared inboxes, missing addresses, inactive contacts, or names that need cleanup.
