Plans and limits

Plans can limit staff seats, active requests, and reusable templates, and can unlock capabilities such as branding, configurable retention, audit export, or priority support. See the current pricing page for the authoritative offer. NeuDocs checks entitlements when creating resources, including through the REST API. Exceeding a limit returns an actionable error rather than silently creating partial work.

Trial and subscription states

The Billing page shows the firm’s plan and access state. Trial reminders warn before expiry. Paddle webhook processing updates subscription state, including protection against duplicate or out-of-order events.

Restricted state

If billing access becomes locked, NeuDocs prevents new chargeable workflow creation while preserving the existing workspace according to product and legal policy. Restore an active subscription from Billing to resume new work. For payment receipts, taxes, cancellation terms, and refunds, use Paddle records and the NeuDocs refund policy.
