Product support

Email support@neudocs.app. Include:

• Firm name.
• A short description of the expected and actual behavior.
• Approximate date and time with time zone.
• Browser and operating system.
• Request or record ID when available.
• A redacted screenshot if it contains no client data.

Do not include documents, document text, API keys, passwords, recovery codes, secure client links, webhook secrets, or payment information.

Security reports

Use the NeuDocs vulnerability disclosure policy for suspected security issues. Do not exploit a vulnerability beyond what is needed to demonstrate it, access another tenant, or download client content.

Legal and privacy requests

Use the contact method in the canonical Privacy Policy or Data Processing Addendum. Documentation explains the product but does not replace signed terms.

Service check

The public health endpoint is neudocs.app/api/health. A healthy response confirms basic service availability, not the status of every third-party integration.
