# Dashboard and insights

> Use operational views to find overdue work, bottlenecks, and review priorities.

The dashboard summarizes work that needs attention. Insights provides a wider performance view for the firm.

## Dashboard

Use the dashboard to answer:

* Which requests are due or overdue?
* Which submissions are waiting for review?
* Which clients still have missing items?
* What changed recently?
* Where should staff act next?

Counts and recent activity are scoped to your firm and the signed-in staff member's authorization.

## Insights

Insights can show operational measures such as cycle time, overdue work, completion trends, bottleneck clients, and document correctness pass rate. Use the time window controls when comparing periods.

## Interpret responsibly

A metric describes activity recorded in NeuDocs. It may exclude work completed by email or another system. Small samples can swing sharply, and a shorter cycle time is not useful if review quality falls.

Use Insights to locate questions, then open the underlying requests before changing a client or staff process.
