# Exports

> Export request packages, manifests, CSV reports, audit data, and evidence bundles.

Exports move reviewed NeuDocs data into downstream filing, archive, or reporting workflows.

## Request package

A completed request package contains organized files and a machine-readable manifest describing the request, items, statuses, and included entries. Downloads use short-lived access and are audited.

## Evidence report and bundle

The evidence report presents the request timeline for people. The evidence bundle contains data needed for independent integrity verification. See [Evidence ledger](/verification/evidence-ledger).

## CSV exports

NeuDocs provides CSV exports for operational lists such as clients, requests, templates, and audit events. Spreadsheet applications may interpret cells as formulas, so exports escape unsafe leading characters.

## Dropbox export

A connected firm can push completed request content to Dropbox. See [Dropbox](/integrations/dropbox).

## Retention

Downloading a package does not change NeuDocs retention settings. If your firm requires a long-term system of record, move the completed package to that approved system and verify the transfer.

<Warning>
  Exports contain sensitive client information. Store them only in approved locations and apply your firm's access, retention, and deletion policy.
