# Bulk and recurring requests

> Send one template to multiple clients or schedule repeating collection work.

Use bulk and recurring requests for repeated, predictable work after your core checklist is proven.

## Bulk send

Bulk send creates separate requests for multiple selected clients from one template. Each client receives an independent secure link and can access only their own request.

Before sending:

* Confirm the template is correct.
* Confirm every selected client's email.
* Use a title and due date that make sense for the whole batch.
* Check plan limits for active requests.

The result reports successful and failed clients so you can retry only failures.

## Recurring requests

A recurring definition combines a client, template, title, and interval in months. When due, NeuDocs creates the next independent request and advances the recurrence.

You can pause or delete a recurrence without rewriting requests already created from it.

<Warning>
  Recurring requests are operational scheduling, not a calendar or statutory deadline system. Review upcoming work and client changes regularly.
