# Support and responsible disclosure

> Get product help or report a security vulnerability without exposing client data.

## Product support

Email [support@neudocs.app](mailto:support@neudocs.app).

Include:

* Firm name.
* A short description of the expected and actual behavior.
* Approximate date and time with time zone.
* Browser and operating system.
* Request or record ID when available.
* A redacted screenshot if it contains no client data.

Do **not** include documents, document text, API keys, passwords, recovery codes, secure client links, webhook secrets, or payment information.

## Security reports

Use the [NeuDocs vulnerability disclosure policy](https://neudocs.app/legal/vulnerability-disclosure) for suspected security issues. Do not exploit a vulnerability beyond what is needed to demonstrate it, access another tenant, or download client content.

## Legal and privacy requests

Use the contact method in the canonical [Privacy Policy](https://neudocs.app/privacy) or [Data Processing Addendum](https://neudocs.app/legal/dpa). Documentation explains the product but does not replace signed terms.

## Service check

The public health endpoint is [neudocs.app/api/health](https://neudocs.app/api/health). A healthy response confirms basic service availability, not the status of every third-party integration.
